New Feature: Re-listing Cancelled Orders

simfonik wrote:
When canceling an order using either the "Non-Paying Buyer" or "Per Buyers Request" status an option to re-list the items in the order is now available via the order page. Once the order has been set to one of those two statuses a button will be displayed just below the table containing the order details. How it works:

1. Cancel Order
2. Click "Re-list" button
3. Confirm that you want to re-list the items in the order

Once you've confirmed that you would like to re-list the items you'll be taken to your manage inventory page and you should see the re-listed items there.

Great. One thing I found out earlier with relisting items is that once you have accepted an offer on an item, you cancel that order (e.g. non-paying buyer), and you relist the item, it's for sale for the accepted offer price, and not the initial price... Can this be changed maybe?

^^ As above. If an offer item is relisted, surely it should be relisted at the original price and not the offer price.

I'll have to see if that's possible.

Thanks for this - it is possible for the relist item button to disappear after the item has been relisted, so each item can only be relisted once. Thanks

Pressing it multiple times won't result in multiple listings as it recycles the Listing ID and those are unique.

What about if a buyer dosent'p pay for some time and i consequently cancel the order with the motivation "Non-Paying Buyer" but after some time the buyer is coming back and finalize the order ?

- How to manage Discogs fees ?
- The buyer is getting bad feedback because of "Non-Paying Buyer" am i right ? How to turn this into good feedback ?

any other suggestions on that matter are wellcome.
Thanks for your time
Rodolfo
