So who went to Sonar? How did they perform? Anyone heard the new ep? It's still not up on the tresor site.

Thanks! Inspiring. Both these releases are future classics. I wonder which planet comes next.

Just a question. The track "Groundzero (The planet)" of the Tresor reedit is exactly the same track released in UR19.5 ? Has an speeched intro? Something like : "For and a half billion years ago ... "

UR 19.5:

yep. ". . . Jupiter and Saturn have not yet cooled off." I think it's from an educational film about the Voyager missions, both of which have left the solar system. We're still receiving the data more than 30 years after launch. Incredible.

Thx Realms. I really love that intro...

But the new version is not the same as the first one released at Tresor, is it cut? :

Because track times aren“t the same

1992 : Groundzero (The Planet) (7:50)

2008 : Ground Zero [The Planet] (3:52)

Thx Neurp, I think that the spoken intro is definitely only included on the UR vinyl.

overhyped releases. wouldnt sell without X-102 print on it.

sounds very dated when compared to "one man spaceship" or anything mills has done recently.

Overhyped lol. A decade ago nobody, i mean nobody including some influental artists at the time thought the concept was commercially viable. The general opinion was that it was too risky and there was too much art involved too make it interesting for the public. I shook my head in disbelief at the time.
This proves that taking calculated risks in the artworld pays off. Believe me, there is a world of possibilities beyond the calculated to be seen :)

the point is: listen to "one man spaceship" and then try to go thru x-102.
i simply CANT,as it bores me to death.

it 's 2008 though and while you repress anything with "mills+banks+ hood" on it will sell thousands.

"too much art involved" - like you knew what "art" meant :D)))

I went and it was pants. I would have had more fun watching my Nan w@nk. Every single act was an insult to every one of electro fans. I think that they should take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. Either that and go away with all the other people who can actually sing and play and instrument!!!
