Real Name:Jon Weiss, Scott Weiss
Profile:The duo of Jon and Scott Weiss (Sloppy) began DJing in 1977, working their way from NY to Miami and back North again. After teaming up with their good griend Julio Flecha, they began Sloppy Productions. Spending so much time behind the decks led the two into the production arena with the underground hit "Can't Trust Nobody" remixed by the likes of Josh Wink, King Britt and Louis Vega. The white label sold so well it was then released and picked up by Select after their initial release. Although they had many forays into other musical genres they continued to work on souful house, their true passion in life. Sloppy met up with J. Goodwill in '91 on the local DJ circuit and formed a fast working relationship which has resulted in many musical endeavours, most notably the latest "Sons of Soul" release on Soul Society. After meeting with producer Julian Greft, Sloppy eventually merged with him as EDK (Empress Dowanger Kalective) with two downtempo releases: Subconscious Isotopes and Science Of A Giant.
